  • Access to all program sessions, workshops and special events (Note: This does not include sessions or meetings listed as private / invite-only.)
  • Access to networking opportunities with delegates and sponsors

  • Payments by cheque, Paypal, email transfer, or other methods will not be accepted.

Collection of Delegate Information:

  • As part of its partnership with Women in HPC (WHPC), Compute Canada has made a commitment to assist WHPC in identifying gender inequities within the tech and advanced research computing sectors. Our event registration form includes a question regarding gender and an option to participate in a post-event WHPC survey. Both of the questions are optional. We recognize this information is private / personal and your individual answers will not be viewable or accessible by anyone other than the event organizing committee. Other Terms and Conditions:

  • Cancellations / Refunds: Cancellation requests will be charged a $100 cancellation fee (students will be charged a $50 cancellation fee). After June 1, 2016 no refund will be available.
  • To qualify for the student rate, the delegate must be an Undergraduate, Masters or PhD student at any post-secondary institution. A Student ID may be requested for identification.
  • This year, vendors and other private-sector companies must sponsor the event in order to send representatives and register as delegates. Each sponsor level has a set number of complimentary registrations, with some levels having an additional option to register additional delegates at the Early Bird Rate.   • Transfers/Substitutions: If you can no longer attend, but would like a colleague to use your registration instead, we will accept transfer requests up until June 12, 2016. Please email confreg@ualberta.ca if you would like to transfer your registration to another person.
